With the end of the year right around the corner, we want to make sure you and your clients are aware of our holiday hours:

  • Customer Service (Client Support) – Closed December 24-25th, December 31st, January 1st
  • Practice Support – Closed December 24-25th, December 31st, January 1st

As a reminder, shipping carriers occasionally suffer delays due to winter weather and the tight holiday window, so we strongly recommend all orders be placed the week before Christmas to reduce the risk of inconvenience. In order to make sure your clients receive their orders on time, the shipping cutoffs for orders to arrive prior to December 25th are as follows:

  • Regular Two-Day Shipping Eligible Orders – December 17th
  • Temperature Sensitive – December 19th
  • Ground Shipping – December 19th
